Kelco Dammam Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
- Timeframe: Most in-stock orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 2 to 6 DAYS.
- Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Saturday–Thursday) will typically begin processing the same day.
2. Delivery Coverage & Times
We provide delivery services to all major cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Dammam & Eastern Province: Usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, etc.): Estimated 2–4 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5–7 business days depending on the regional courier schedule.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination city.
- Local Pickup: Customers can choose "Click & Collect" to pick up orders directly from our Al Dawasir, 14th Street branch during business hours at no extra cost.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through our partner courier websites (e.g., SMSA, Aramex).
5. Important Delivery Information
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your National Address and contact number are correct during checkout to avoid delays.
- Non-Receipt: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
- Damaged Items: Upon receiving your package, inspect it immediately. Any damage during transit must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
